A wonderful re-creation of a cross section print of the Mail Boat Indrapoera from circa 1926. This steamer was used to transport Passengers and freight between Europe and the colonies in Africa, South America and Asia. Some were still being used in WWII. Each one was a island unto itself, cabins, dinning rooms and smoking lounges, teakwood decks and deck chairs. No 2 would ever be exactly alike. The Indrapoera sailed between Rotterdam and the ports of the Indonesian Archipelago at the time. The Indrapoera was part of the Rotterdamsche Lloyd Fleet. This cross section is a museum quality giclee print on canvas and stretched over a wooden frame. It measures 63” x 1½” x 16 ¾”, has a felt backing and comes in two pieces as shown below due to the size. This piece of canvas art makes the perfect addition to your nautical home decor. It could help turn that special area in your nautical home or office into your own beach house, coastal themed area. They also make a great nautical gifts, a beautiful piece of coastal decor, a nice piece of nautical art as well as being a great addition to your nautical decoration.
