This large, not so easy to find life ring is made of Styrofoam / Polystyrene and brightly painted in red & white. Each ring is 29" outside diameter with additional red and white ties holding the 3/8" nylon rope around it, which makes it 30" diameter from the outside of the rope on each tie.
